Mr. Sheykhetov graduated from the Novosibirsk State University earning a Ph.D. in economic modeling with an emphasis in Economic Cybernetics.
Actively participate in the Philately Sector as the stamp collector, and as the dealer more than 45 years.
Member of APS, GPS and other organizations both in the US and globally.
Authored numerous articles in different magazines and newspapers about philately and other collectibles.

Russell's talk will be devoted to the description of the DowDuPont innovation center build in Silicon Valley and how his team is designing and developing an engaging customer experience to bring our seemingly uninteresting materials (polymers, flexible electronics, etc.) to life by focusing on what they enable for example: lighter and thinner electronics. There will be a few words on how to utilize a small team to run an innovation center while leveraging an open innovation style partnership strategy to speed up a prototyping process.
